I lead the marketing efforts at AgroLog, a rapidly evolving B2B AgriTech company. My primary focus is building and reinforcing AgroLog's brand and position its products as the most innovative and leading company in the industry.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead end-to-end marketing efforts and GTM plans for the product portfolio, orchestrating new product launches and ensuring cross-functional alignment between Sales and Leadership. For a flagship new product, this strategy drove a 10x increase in adoption in the first year and sustained 72% YoY growth by 2025.
Product Positioning: Define positioning and messaging for new solutions through in-depth value proposition research and market analysis.
Sales Enablement & Tooling: Developed custom tools (Project Description Generator & Quotation Builder) that standardized client proposals and accelerated time-to-quote for the global sales team.
R&D Collaboration: Act as the strategic link between Marketing and R&D (Project Manager), overseeing project execution and ensuring technical developments align with customer needs. One initiative eliminated revenue leakage driving a 278% YoY increase in recurring revenue.
